Ulaport Iceland is home to Don Shack, who patronizes the drug business there. Oscar, a smart young man ambushes his delivery man and makes away with $1 million. He lets the cash chill and then starts a nightclub business. Don Shack comes in and imposing his business, intertwining it with Oscar's.
