Die Nationalitat von Kunstwerken

This text provides an overview of the regulations and other applications which refer to the legal term: the nationality of works of art. In this context, criteria relevant for determining nationality are identified by means of legal discussion as well as art history-based discussion. This work concludes with an explanation of the application of such criteria.
