This collection, “Rulings in Ecclesiastic Matters since 1946,” was edited by the Institute for Canon Law and Rhenish Canon Law History at the University of Cologne‘s Law Faculty. The series presents state court judicature on general religious law and the relationship of church and state. The collection is the only one of its kind in the German-speaking world is thus also a document of contemporary history.
