The series Decisions in Church Cases since 1946 (KirchE) publishes judgments rendered by public courts in Germany on general religious law and on the relationship between church and state. Supervised by the University of Cologne’s Institute for Church Law and the Legal History of the Rhenish Church, the series is unique in the German-speaking world.
