English summary: Traditionally, archives serve as one of the most important building blocks of cultural memory in a society. Archives are vast reservoirs containing the principal materials of historical information of every sort and they extend a special type of aura to those who work there. The photographer Joachim Feigl travelled to various archives in Baden-Wurttemberg and captured the atmosphere of these special places in pictures.
