The study aims to encourage a more profound understanding of linguistic clarity by engaging in a painstaking philosophical interpretation of what was formerly known as Höouml;lderlin's "Pindar Fragments." To this end, it begins by elaborating a realistic view of the manuscripts, from which these can be identified as a systematic key text of the first order for Hölderlin's thinking. The attempt at demystification in the name of clarity and the comparison with Plato point up Hölderlin's essential contribution to western philosophy.
