Cicely was a great mother and she loved and adored her children. Overjoyed by the courts decision during a very nasty divorce case, she was finally granted custody of her two children. Devoted to starting a new life together, she purchased a very nice but older cosmopolitan home in an upscale community in Miami, Florida but within the home main water line, something deplorable contaminated the water supply, which placed all of their lives in jeopardy.
