There are those at Gulinger High who believe that Tom Brown leads a Ghoulie Mob and that he now runs the school through fear.

So a Mafi mob was formed to counter that. . . yet kept secret from the ghoulies just in case. So when Rick Deacon is surprised by a letter on his bed asking for his help to deal with the Mob of mafis that runs the other half, he gets overwhelmed from the pressure.
