Making The Same Mistakes

If one doesn't learn from their mistakes, or the mistakes of others, they keep repeating them.   Paul never saw his own mistakes but those of his brother.   His brother. Vin, saw Paul's errors, but not his own.  

So the same mistakes kept being made by each.
