Julie Ault (born 1957) cofounded the New York artists’ collaborative Group Material, which between 1979 and 1996 explored the relationship between art, activism and politics through socially themed exhibitions and publicly-sited projects. This is the second of two volumes documenting the art collection Ault has assembled over the last 30 years.
