English summary: The articles in this volume come from a conference related to the project "Metallic finds as a Witness for the Interaction between Greeks and Indigenous Sicilians between the 8th and 5th Centuries BCE," and offer new insights and reevaluation of metallic finds from interregional and interdisciplinary perspectives. The 19 articles deal with the interaction between archaeological remains identification as well as with the theoretical-methodological views about the finds on the basis of concrete case studies. The focus rests on Archaic Age Sicily and its wide-ranging connections and relations that link the Sicilians to the areas of Asia Minor and Greece as well as southern Italy, France and central Europe. German description: Die im Projekt Metallfunde als Zeugnis fur die Interaktion zwischen Griechen und Indigenen auf Sizilien zwischen dem 8. und 5. Jahrhundert v. Chr. gewonnenen Erkenntnisse und die Neubewertung metallener Kleinfunde sollten in einer abschliessenden Tagung aus einer uberregionalen und interdisziplinaren Perspektive betrachtet werden. 19 Beitrage behandeln die Wechselwirkungen zwischen archaologischen Hinterlassenschaften und Identitaten sowohl aus theoretisch-methodischer Sicht wie anhand konkreter Fallbeispiele. Der Fokus liegt auf dem archaischen Sizilien und dessen weitraumigen Verbindungen und Verflechtungen, doch reicht der geographische Rahmen von Kleinasien und Griechenland uber Sizilien und Unteritalien bis nach Frankreich und Mitteleuropa.
