Ausserungsrechtlicher Schutz gegenuber Bewertungsportalen im Internet

This publication deals with the problems which may arise by using rating portals in the internet. In the last few years, rating portals increased constantly and became more popular. This publication shows the legal status concerning rating portals and possibilities to protect the personal and economic rights on rating portals in the internet. The jurisdiction to comparative product tests and the fair comment solution in the British press law are part of the examination. Also the possibility to create a more effective right to reply in the Internet based on the right to reply in the French law had been taken into account.
