The AQUALOG Yearbook is published by Fall of every year.
It is a compilation of all the new discovered species of freshwater fish, marine fish and invertebrates, amphibians, reptiles, insects and other critters for the aquarium or terrarium. It also reviews all the new imports and new cultivated forms of aquarium and terrarium animals of the preceding year.
Renowned importers, exporters, and breeders of aquarium and terrarium animals have generously supplied wonderful animals as they already did for the yearbook editions of 2008-2011.
Continuing with this Yearbook 2013, AQUALOG is reviving the great tradition of aquarium and terrarium yearbooks, published between 1908 and 1954 by the Gustav Wenzel publishing company in Germany. These yearbooks are now highly prized by collectors.
In 1950, the editor Walter Senfft, died by a tragic traffic accident. He proved to be irreplaceable and so the Gustav Wenzel publishing company gave up all activities for the aquarium and terrarium hobbyists.
Due to Aqualog's excellent connections to importers, exporters and wholesalers worldwide, they are able to present the absolute highlights of the previous year.
Beside all the tools and tables usually found in a yearbook, the AQUALOG Yearbook offers:
• Over 700 exclusive color photos of the new discovered fishes and terrarium inhabitants.
• Over 272 addresses of aquarium and terrarium associations worldwide.
• 6 important and interesting articles published in the Aqualog News and Terralog News of 2011.
• Maps of the different parts of the world, holidays, places to visit and lots of other useful tips and information. Also some interesting reports about new discoveries from around the world have been integrated in this book.
This work is the ideal gift for any aquarium and terrarium hobbyist!
When you collect the AQUALOG Yearbook every year, you will have the most up-to-date library of all the new discoveries in the aquarium and terrarium hobby!
