This book introduces a cooking recipe for successfully implementing a process-oriented BSC within a company. This recipe is based on the insights gained during a real-word project conducted at a large engineering company.
The book starts with introducing the BSC implementation project along with the surrounding setting at the company. After a brief introduction to the original BSC approach proposed by Kaplan and Norton, the cooking recipes are introduced in an easy-to-understand format. Each ingredient is illustrated by an example from the above-mentioned real-world project. For assisting the reader in conducting similar BSC implementation projects, the appendix contains helpful and tested templates.
