The Marine Steam Engine

First published in 1899, Richard Sennett's and Henry Oram's treatise about steam engines was aimed at engineering students, young engineers and officers of the Royal navy and the Mercantile Marine. It offers a detailed overview of steam engineering at the turn of the 19th century. The explications and instructions are supplemented by various illustrations and diagrams.
