Jens Klein: Sunset

Jens Klein’s (born 1970) Sunset depicts the places where people tried to escape across the East/West German border.

The pictures, culled from the archives of the Stasi Records Agency, were taken by the secret police, the police and border troops from 1961 to 1989.
