Melting Boundaries

Emerging in a new world order, the EU faces new changes and challenges after the eastern enlargement under its deepening integration. The EU eastern enlargement was completed in May 2004. What has transformed as a result of this historical milestone? What challenges is the enlarged EU facing? This volume is a collaborated research on deepening EU integration from the institutional/evolutionary perspective by distinguished scholars in the east (eastern Europe) and far-east (Japan).
