Hijos Gordos

This simple ballad by Melody Bober creates a gentle and nostalgic mood. Written in 3/4 meter, it becomes a lilting waltz with its delicate and intriguing melody and light bass accompaniment. The melody moves to the left hand in the middle section, giving the student an opportunity to practice proper balancing of the accompaniment chords in the right hand.
