This limited experience is not foreign to anyone, because we must all face this situation at some point in our lives. The idea is to try to understand it, deal with it, and find the solace that we may need to get through it. They have also interviewed both men and women who, having struggled through these circumstances, describe their experiences, uncertainties, and sinking feelings. What we are looking for is to not only live with mourning and overcome it, but to also learn from it, because mourning can teach us something about ourselves.
