Wayne Grayson (born September 22, 1974) is an American voice actor, who has worked with 4Kids Entertainment, NYAV Post and DuArt Film and Video.Grayson is probably most famous for his role of Joey Wheeler (Katsuya Jonouchi in the English manga and Japanese versions) in the English-language version of the second series Yu-Gi-Oh! anime (known as Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters in Japan). He also provides the voice of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003 TV series) character Michelangelo, as well as Ruka in Revolutionary Girl Utena.
