Sri Ramakrishna Institute of Technology (SRIT) is an Engineering College in Pachapalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. It was founded in the year 2002 by SNR Trust with the aim of disseminating knowledge in the fields of science, engineering and technology. It is affiliated to Anna University and AICTE. It offers both undergraduate as well as post-graduate courses. Coimbatore is the second largest city in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is a major commercial centre in Tamil Nadu and is known as the "Manchester of South India".
