Capitalizing on Fragments: Three Scholars Playing with the Puzzle of the Chinese Economy (zhuazhu suipian: sange xueshu mingong wan zhongguo jingji)

Given the volatile nature of China’s economy nowadays, analyzing the economy’s current performances and predicting its future trends have become the research focus of many economists and economics scholars. The author is Xu Qiyuan, the head of the Division of Economic Development under the Institute of World Economics and Politics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Starting from some fragments and analyzing the puzzle of the Chinese economy in the eyes of three scholars, the author offers many useful observations on the trends of the Chinese economy.
