The name of this book come out of Fragment, a representative piece of Bian Zhilin. The boring rules combines with the verse to make the whole book be full of beauty and poetry. The most essays in the book were published on Southern Weekly, Legal Daily, Procuratorial Daily Newspaper and People's Court Daily in recent years. However, part of them are published first by the author.
