This book is the anthology of "the third session of the international seminar of scientific and legal problems of continental shelf and the international seabed area system ". This anthology received a total of nearly 30 dissertations from experts, scholars and officials of international organizations. The book contains five themes and resource development and the protection of the marine environment, continental shelf expansion, regional developments and international arbitration.
