About the author
Shri V.B. Kher, a Sai devotee and researcher, conducted extensive research in 1975 to discover the birthplace of Sai Baba. He is a retired personnel executive. A keen Student of Gandhism, he has edited for Navjivan Trust, Ahmedabad, and seven collections of Mahatma Gandhi's writings in fifteen volumes including a collection of Gandhi's Search for the Supreme in three volumes. He was a trustee of Shri Sai Baba Sansthan of Shirdi from 1984 to 1989 and also the Chairman of its sub-committee for publications. His Research papers and articles on Sai Baba have been published in Shri Sai Leela and other periodicals and journals.
