Communication and Analysis Skills

Communication and Analysis Skills is a textbook for use to students.  It has five chapters, which cover aspects of one-to-one communication and communication within a group, presentation skills, personal grooming and research skills, which are topics relevant to students  because they prepare them for their professional life. The chapters on communication skills cover different forms of speaking and writing. The chapter on presentation skills includes the effective use of different mediums and styles of presentation as well as body language. The chapter on personal conduct and appearance discusses the subjects of etiquette, dress codes and bias-free communication. The last chapter on research skills gives students a general understanding with regard to asking the right kind of questions, making hypotheses, and using research tools to collect and analyse data.
