Controversies in oral cancer: Head and Neck Cancer Clinics

Despite considerable advances in the traditional treatment modalities of surgery, radiation and chemotherapy, and their use in combination, increments in overall survival among persons with oral cancer have been small. Morbidity due to treatment adversely affects the quality of life. This volume brings together the work of experts from clinical and basic sciences specialties and addresses some of the controversial issues and advances in the management of oral cancer.
