Weaker Sections: Political Social Management in Indian Context

Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar gave a message - "Educates, agitates and organizes. "But what kind of education? Present education is fast becoming irrelevant to the changing needs. It is to be understood the present situation. Management refers to an activity of setting and achieving objectives. Management of human resources would help us to think on major issues affecting on weaker sections: political science management in Indian context. The predicament of the weaker section, which would be an outcome of such situations, is not in tune with the modern value of humanities. Political Science Post graduate department of Sardar Patel University always think about futuristic role of an individual in the context of management. Weaker section seems an individual part of India and the world. Person or people have to suffer which are in deprived section.

Rabindranath Tagore viewed education as a right which enables individuals and communities to act on reflection. Main aim of the conference is to think and act on weaker section of our country in the context of management. An individual man or society can be a bridge between the government and the society. At least one should know who is weaker? Why the weaker section has been established?

Article 39 certain principles of policy indicates us equality for all. And the policies lay down by government for weaker. Function of panchayati raj, situation of backward community, major issues of weaker can be discussed and steps should be taken by government and people for the upliftment of weaker. The condition of weaker in rural and urban area is not equal. There is major issue that the deprive people are not getting total help even though government has produced policies. Major issues like political empowerment of women through sources, impact of literature, condition of SC/ST and other minorities in the context of management, prevention of atrocity, welfare schemes for the weaker, strategies and programme for rural section are discussed by authors in present book. Discussion and concluding remarks are given in each paper of the issue which show us way to rethink on policies and political science management in the Indian context.

Today we need of more micro, small and rural entrepreneur. Management are attached with profit maximization, environment, socio- political issues, efficiency and equity. Today change in the policies, financial policies of government, taxation policies, policies of labour laws are needed to re-established.

Effective issues of weaker as a political science management in Indian context are discussed by the authors through the articles and papers in the present book. We wish to congratulate the entire author who gives opportunity to publish their articles/ papers through our journal. The issue of present journal will help us and think on remedial work for weaker. Researcher and student working in the field of education will be helpful to rethink on the present condition of deprive people in our country. We should think and act towards what remedies should be suggested for the betterment of the weaker.
