From its inception, photography has been a key resource in the study of architecture, as architects perceived that the photographic representation of their work would become the iconic image of their artistry. Photography & Modern Architecture in Spain 1925-1965 looks at the history of architectural photography during Spanish architecture's modern period, which ranged from the avant-garde of the 1920s to the conclusion of the International Style. Alongside hundreds of photographs documenting the architectural environment of Spain during these decades, text by Iñaki Berguera unfolds the relationship between photographer and architect.
