Fiol started working in the eighties with a whole range of urbanistic interventions, both in the city of Barcelona and on the periphery, producing noticeable improvements to the residential context.
Plazas such as Soller, Tetuan and Fossar de les Moreres are examples of good work during this period. Later came bigger projects such as el Museu de la Música, Mercadal de Girona and many more, all featured in this book.
