Law and Literature : Interdisciplinary Methods of Reading

Law and literature is a relatively new discipline in the humanities, especially seen from a lawyer's point of view. This book is an introduction to law and literature as a field of interest for lawyers, students, and scholars of literature. It is based on a seminar that took place at the Carlsberg Academy in Copenhagen in March 2007, arranged by the Faculty of Law, Copenhagen University. The contributors are all pioneers within the law and literature movement in the US, Europe, and the Nordic countries.
