The Force of Mortality at Ages 80 to 120

This monograph, Volume 5 in the Odense Monographs on Population Aging series, employs new data to re-assess the relative merits of various contending models that address the change in the probality of dying between the ages of 80 and 120 years of age. The book analyzes the population data of thirteen countries, all of which have the sufficiently long data histories necessary to draw solid conclusions.
