This book offers a concise introduction to italian business law for students, scholars and legal practitioners. It contains a presentation of the theory of the enterprise and its connections with company law, in an effort to move these concepts closer to the understading of international readers. The Authors have long since specialised in lecturing italian business law to international students at Bocconi University in Milan and this book owes much to their academic exeperience. However, given the complexit of the subject matter at stake, the Authors have also leveraged on thier experience as international business lawyers in order to keep the explanation plain and practical to any possible extent.
