The current premise to define the framework required to understand the conditions of the built include: observing events and their fallout, investigating the use of building assets, checking and judging the results of recovery projects. When compared to urban space, defined by a material/immaterial relationship, this knowledge gives the material a key role in defining its main traits and in the configuration of the diversity.
