The Hague Peace Conferences of 1899 and 1907 and International Arbitration:Reports and Documents

This volume is presented in commemoration of the centenary of the establishment of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) at the First Hague Peace Conference of 1899 and its continuation at the Second Hague Peace Conference of 1907. It makes widely available, in English, the reports of the competent Commissions of each Conference dealing with the pacific settlement of international disputes and the PCA, together with the proposal of the Second Conference for a permanent court of arbitral justice.
