Learning Through Ongoing Evaluation

This book presents a relatively new perspective of learning evaluation in interactive forms. It examines how long-term effects can be achieved, i.e. a sustainable development with the aid of projects, an important issue, particularly in the context of EU Structural Funds.

The learning evaluation concepts are grounded in theory; however, chapters also include practical examples of learning evaluation, which are discussed in depth, including
the researcher's or evaluator's constructive dialogue with participants
the importance of critical examination, and that approaches shift between proximity and distance
common knowledge formation in a learning evaluation and analysis seminars as a way of achieving this.

Target groups include university students in the fields of sociology, education, business economics and management and human resources management as well as use in university courses and in-service training for managers, developers, consultants, project managers and evaluators.
