Balkans in Focus: Cultural Boundaries in Europe

This book is a collection of talks held at a conference organized by the Centre for European Studies in Lund. It highlights the problematics of the cultural dimension in European integration aims. International researchers present various aspects of special needs that have to be taken into account when reasoning around international relations. With the Balkan countries serving as case studies, the boundaries of culture - religion and language for example - and their natural dynamics and diversity of ideas are discussed.
