Inbreeding and Brood Stock Management

This manual, written for extension workers, aquaculturists, and those who work with natural resource management programmes, primarily deals with the problems caused by unwanted inbreeding in cultured fish populations and describes management techniques that can be used to prevent or minimize inbreeding. The manual also describes how inbreeding can be used to improve captive populations of fish.
