Eurasian Patent Convention

This Convention constitutes a special agreement within the meaning of Article 19 of the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property of March 20, 1883 and a regional patent agreement within the meaning of Article 45(1) of the Patent Cooperation Treaty of June 19, 1970.
