Brief Profile on Tobacco Health Warnings in the South-East Asia Region

This brief profile emphasizes the need for health warnings to ensure tobacco control. It also depicts the situation with respect to tobacco health warnings in the Region. It gives an overview of the status of implementation of Article 11 of the WHO framework convention on tobacco control on packaging and labelling of tobacco products and highlights the main hurdles encountered by Member States in this area.
