The victory of the People's Partnership on May 24 2010 in Trinidad & Tobago was to be followed by another trouncing of the People's National Movement in the Local Government elections on July 26. Under the leadership of Kamla Persad-Bissessar a fresh breath of unity, freedom and hope blew across the islands.
