Dr. Yoram Dubovsky is an adviser to managers and a variety of organizations in the fields of management and leadership,
creating change, clarifying vision and values, knowledge management and research, and career changes.
He has been managing the consulting group Nofar for 20 years. He is also senior member of the Israel Organization for Organizational Development and has trained hundreds of participants in training programs for organizational consultants, including Bar-Ilan University. He is director of the program "Horses Leading Leaders" - which includes challenging activities involving horses.
Dr. Dubovsky is founder of the Horses and Challenges Association - Hasharon Beach and accompanies entrepreneurs in the process of turning dreams into business realities.
