The Tenth Symphony, the first story in the collection, evolved in 2007. It speaks, in retrospect, about the author's year as regional Musical Director of the Sharon District but quickly takes off into the realms of fantasy, and during the same year wins second place in a Science Fiction competition sponsored by the iconic Cinematheque, Tel Aviv.
Toren began his tradition of writing Sci-Fi stories during the summer, five of which appear in this collection. The stories are based on universal concepts which allow the any reader access to his work.
