When the Ground Shakes Workbook

This children's workbook is a supplement to the book "When The Ground Shakes" an earthquake preparedness guide for children that supports their physical and emotional well-being. Emotional stability is essential for a child's well-being, so we designed this workbook to empower you, the parent or educator, to provide support and guidance to your child. Simply follow the "Note to Helper" instructions on each page to guide your child through this workbook. These activities are easy to read and follow, and will provide a window into your child's state of being in the event of an earthquake. By working through the activities together, you will have the tools to be aware, and supportive, of your child's needs and feelings. This workbook will prepare you and your child to cope with the feelings that may arise during an event such as when the ground shakes.
