It is about Floofy, a little Maltese dog in Jerusalem whose longing for her friend, Maya, brings her to stay with her in America. There Floofy has all kinds of adventures like meeting Max, a proud cat who rides a motorcycle and advertises chewing gum on TV. She hates him, but she loves Lady, a beautiful cat who lives in a toy store.

On a safari visit, she runs into a dangerous giant bear whose cub she wants to take until the bear shows Floofy her wide open mouth full of sharp teeth. Floofy's longings for the boy, Dan, her friend at home, magically bring her back to Jerusalem. The two cats also arrive in Jerusalem, and there they celebrate their virtual wedding.
