Mandalas para la libertad interior

In its original Indian context, the word “mandala” refers to certain designs used to meditate. In the West, in contrast, the word refers to decorative concentric designs. No matter what we call them, the creation and coloring of these designs brings a feeling of well-being, distancing us from daily tension and stress.
